Sealux is a German based company that has been making underwater housing for more than 20years. At their manufacturing base in Kempton they make high quality underwater housings for popular DSLR and video camera systems that are available today. These housings are precision machined from aluminium billet and are of the clam shell design. They are incredibly robust and are the choice of many professional underwater photographers and videographers throughout the world. Housings are hand built to order and generally take about 6 weeks, all housings are hard anodised and then further coated with a top coat silver finish, and all shafts are either double or triple O ring sealed to ensure long life in extreme conditions.

In Depth Photography has been using these housing since 1999, they have proven to be highly reliable and robust, these are not toy plastic housings they are for the serious underwater photographer that needs a tool for doing a job. Guaranteed working and tested to a depth of 90m they will go far beyond the reach of most divers. A dedicated port system allows a wide variety of lenses to be used depending on the image requirements. In many cases a choice of hard wired or optical triggering of flash units is available. Sealux is one of the only housing manufactures to make a dedicated housing for the Nikon SB910 which is a perfect partner for their range of digital SLR cameras.
